Positive Plates

This is no ordinary purple plate. According to purpleplates.com,
"the plates create a positive energy field around themselves that will penetrate any material substance by osmosis". This is an interesting concept given osmosis has to do with water and not some abstract energy.

They also sell discs of the same material to wear or to hang on your dog or cat's collar. The site also claims you can also hang a disc on your cell phone to shield your body from cellular phone radiation.

The site has an FAQ and the following is my favorite part of it:
"The products CANNOT cause harm to any living thing. The initial discomfort is a result of the positive energy around the plates working to bring the body back into balance. Once balance has been achieved, all minor discomfort will disappear."

So while it cannot cause harm it could cause discomfort. I wonder if the discomfort can be harmful? What if balance is more harmful than unbalance - what do I do? So many questions to be answered...

Even though this product is purple, you won't catch me with any of them.
